Volunteer Times
Important information for volunteers
We haven't allocated all team helpers a specific task, and some have been given large blocks of time which means you as a club will have to work out between yourselves how you will cover the time allocated.
Under no circumstances are you to leave your helping duty unless you have a replacement. There will be walkie-talkies at prominent points, ie: gear check etc, if you have any issues or need to be replaced.
Time will be very important and marshalls are to make sure that all rings are kept moving. Be organised, be sure you have your next few riders present. If a rider is not present, move on quickly, there may have been late scratchings.
Helpers need to check in at the front desk 15 minutes before your allocated time, and collect whatever necessary equipment.
Cross Country judges will be briefed one hour before their allocated time. Cars are allowed on the XC course, and we recommend this in case of bad weather. All XC judges will have a walkie talkie.
