Membership Fast Facts
- You are welcome to join our club as either a Senior Member or an Affiliate Member.
- Our new financial year commences on 1st November annually.
- Membership fees need to be paid by midnight 31 October each year in order for insurance coverage to be continuous.
- All membership applications are processed through Event Secretary or contact us for more information.
- The BARC is governed by the overarching rules and requirements of the HRCAV.
- Once you are an official member you will be provided with a code to access arenas upon request and will be invited to join the BARC 'members only' Facebook page.
- Any rallies that you book into, need to be paid for regardless of participation - refer to our Rally Fast Facts for more information on club rallies.
- Like all clubs, we have a volunteer committee that organise rallies, events and the general running of the club. Please contact us if you would like to be involved on the committee or volunteer at any upcoming events.

Volunteering
- BARC organise and hold a number of competitions at the club grounds or other venues each year in order to continue to subsidise membership fees and rally days. BARC organised events are listed on our public Facebook page.
- The club rely on member volunteers to assist with club events and it is an expectation that members volunteer their time at a minimum of one event that BARC organise per year.
- Please keep an eye on member emails sent to you or the BARC 'members only' Facebook page for information regarding event volunteer opportunities.
